Hinnoittelumme on selkeä ja konstailematon. 

Riippumatta siitä, mitä harrastat tai mitä ohjaan juuri Sinulle, hinta on sama. 

Hintaan kuuluu tarvittavat välineet eli tarvittavat kiekot frisbeegolfiin ja kalalle mielivälle mato-ongen sekä madot. 

Itsetuntemukseen ja hiljentymiseen suuntaava saa mukaansa tehtäväkortit. Kävely voidaan tehdä myös yhdessä, jolloin käymme aihepiireistä keskustelua yhdessä  "heinäntekojärjellä".

Disc golf / Fishing / Nature walks and activities 

Our pricing is clear and straightforward.
Regardless of what you practice or what I am guiding specifically for you, the price is the same.
The price includes the necessary equipment, meaning the required discs for disc golf and a worm rod and worms for someone going fishing.
Those focusing on self-awareness and mindfulness will receive task cards. The walk can also be done together, in which case we discuss topics using a 'haymaking method'.

Frisbeegolf ohjaus  

Perusteiden opettelu ryhmässä on hinnoiteltu ryhmän koon mukaan. Alle 10 hengen ryhmissä hinta on 20€/henkilö ja yli 10 hengen ryhmässä 25€/henkilö. Minimiryhmän koko on 3 henkeä.

Hinta sisältää laadukkaan ohjauksen sekä tarvittavat välineet. Harjoittelun jälkeen pidämme pienet kisat heittämällä 9 väylää.

Ohjauksen kesto on kaksi tuntia.

Disc golf

Learning pitching in a group is priced according to the size of the group. For groups of fewer than 10 people, the price is €20 per person, and for groups of more than 10 people, it is €25 per person. The minimum group size is 3 people.
The price includes high-quality guidance and the necessary equipment. After practice, we will have a small competition by playing 9 holes.
The instruction lasts for two hours.

Lampien aarteet  

Kalastaminen aloitetaan pikaisella tutustumisella välineisiin. Myös turvallisuusohjeet ja liikkuminen veden läheisyydessä käydään läpi. 

Hinta (10€/h/osallistuja) sisältää ohjauksen, mato-ongen, kastemadot ja sangon saaliille. Kalat saa mukaansa halutessaan pussitettuna.

Palvelu on suunnattu lapsille, jolloin perheen aikuisilla olisi hetki aikaa keskenään. Siksi sisarusalennus -20%

Treasures of ponds

Fishing begins with a quick introduction to the equipment. Safety instructions and movement near the water are also covered.
The price (€10/hour/participant) includes guidance, a worm fishing rod, worms, and a bucket for the catch. Participants can take the fish home in a bag if they wish.
The service is aimed at children, giving the adults in the family a moment to themselves. Therefore, a sibling discount of 20% applies.

Kulje ja kuuntele  

Yksilökohtainen harjoitus on hinnoiteltu 30€/henkilö. Ryhmän koko 3-15 henkilöä. Näin tilaa on kaikille riittävästi liikkumiseen.

Hinta sisältää ohjauksen, tehtäväkortit sekä lopuksi ajatusten purkamisen näin halutessanne.

Harjoituksen kokonaiskesto on noin 1,5 tuntia.

Walk and listen

The individual session is priced at €30 per person. The group size is 3-15 people. This way, there is enough space for everyone to move around.
The price includes guidance, task cards, and a debriefing at the end, if you wish.
The total duration of the session is approximately 1.5 hours.
